Tesla lands major Semi charging deal with nation’s largest truck stop operator

Tesla has partnered with Pilot, the largest truck stop operator in the U.S., to install charging stations for its Semi trucks at key highway locations. The first chargers are scheduled to open in Summer 2026. This deal is a significant step in building out the infrastructure needed for long-haul electric trucking, boosting the Semi's commercial viability.
